DPS Cycle
How are the items being ranked?
- Based on the attack cycle above, I create a DPS value based on the item's +hit, +crit, +haste and +spell damage.
- Also relative mob level is taken into account as you can see in the full attack table below.

- Added spell haste to Input Stats section.
- Added spell haste lowering global cooldown 2.4 change to calculations.
- Added new spell haste gems.
