WoW Forever lists no level requirement for this item. MaxDPS ranks it from level 50, estimated as its item level (55) minus 5, which matches the requirement on most Forever items of that item level.

Tied scores share a place. Ranks use the same class, armor, weapon and level rules as the build pages; race, profession, reputation and training requirements still need an in-game check.

Drop, vendor and quest sources and drop chances come from data collected from the live game, not the game files, and a listed source does not prove the item is obtainable today.

Where this data comes from

The slot, type and icon come from the WoW Forever game files (build 1.60.1.70790); the name, stats and requirements are provisional, as seen in the live game, until the game sends them. Drop, vendor and quest sources come from data collected from the live game, matched to the game’s item IDs. Rankings use editorial starter stat priorities, not simulated DPS. How scores work.
