How to play at level 30

Your combat loop

Shifting Power
If talented, convert mana to energy without overcapping. It replaces Tiger’s Fury.
Cat: build and bleed
Use Claw to build combo points. Apply Rip when the target will survive several ticks.
Cat: Rake
Use on a durable enemy and avoid clipping an active bleed.
Cat: Shred
Use from behind once trained; use Claw when positioning prevents it.

Weapons now matter in forms

Equipped weapon DPS contributes to Cat and Bear attacks. Weapon effects can work in forms. Tiger’s Fury is gone, replaced by the Shifting Power talent; Cat advice must follow the newer change. Lacerate is a Feral talent rather than an ability every Druid trains.

Skyborne Druids are available to both factions, with their own new forms.
