How are the items being ranked?
- Based on Lightning Bolt spam or 3 X Lightning Bolt / 1 X Chain Lightning depending on preference. I then create a DPS value based on the item's spell damage, crit, hit, and haste
- Also relative mob level is taken into account as you can see in the full attack table below
